Double-Layer Insulated Pipe

The Double-Layer Insulated Pipe is a high-performance piping system designed to prevent freezing of the fluid inside the carrier pipe. It features an integrated layer of high-insulation polyurethane foam processed between the inner pipe and the outer protective pipe, providing excellent thermal insulation performance.

    Straight pipes and various fittings are pre-insulated and manufactured at the factory, making on-site installation simple and convenient.

    Regular maintenance, repair, or replacement of insulation materials is not required - since quality is maintained during installation.

    Ensuring no impact from chemical corrosion or similar factors since the outer casing is made of corrosion-resistant HDPE.

    It saves energy and reduces overall maintenance and operating costs by minimizing heat loss.

  • Outer casing: HDPE (Polyethylene), AL Spiral
  • Insulation material: Polyurethane Foam, Rock Wool
  • Carrier pipe: HDPE pipe (KS M 3408-2) / Steel pipe (KS D 3507) / STS pipe (KS D 3567) / All other types of piping applicable
